2. Subject of the contract

The shop sells perfumes, decanted samples and discovery sets. The description, size and ingredient information on a product page come from the manufacturer or its official distributor.

Product photography is illustrative; packaging may change at the manufacturer's discretion. The contract is concluded in Hungarian, is not considered a written contract, and is not filed.

3. How an order is placed

• The basket can be edited up to checkout: items removed, quantities changed.
• The details entered at checkout can be reviewed and corrected on the summary screen before the order is placed.
• Pressing “Pay” places an order carrying an obligation to pay.
• We send an automatic confirmation email. The contract is concluded when that confirmation arrives; if it does not arrive within 48 hours, you are no longer bound by the order.

4. Prices, payment, invoicing

All prices are in Hungarian forint and include VAT. Amounts shown in euro are an indicative conversion; the charge is made in forint. Prices exclude delivery, which checkout states separately before the order is placed.

Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout. For card payments the card details are handled by the payment provider; we never see them. The invoice is issued electronically and sent by email.

5. Delivery

Available delivery options, their fees and the expected delivery time are shown at checkout before the order is placed. Please inspect the parcel on delivery; if the packaging is damaged, ask the courier to record it.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under Government Decree 45/2014. (II. 26.). The Returns page carries the full notice and the model form — please note the hygiene exception described there.

7. Warranty

In the event of defective performance you may bring a warranty claim under the Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013), or a product warranty claim against the manufacturer. Handling of such claims is governed by NGM Decree 19/2014. (IV. 29.).

The shelf life of cosmetic products, and the period after opening, are stated on the packaging.

8. Complaints and redress

Complaints are accepted at the email address above and answered in writing within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, the following forums are open to you:

• The conciliation board (békéltető testület) competent for your place of residence, which resolves consumer disputes out of court.
• The competent consumer protection authority (the capital and county government offices).
• The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr
• Court proceedings.

9. Other provisions

We may amend these terms at any time; an amendment takes effect on publication and does not affect orders already placed. Matters not covered here are governed by Hungarian law.
